Tulkarem in Brick Red - Necklace with Palestinian Tatreez Pattern

This gold vermeil horizontal bar necklace has a clean, simple shape. Easy to dress up or down.

The pattern comes from a Tatreez motif on a thobe from Tulkarem — one part of an embroidery tradition passed down for generations. Reimagined in a contemporary form, it carries the language of heritage into something quiet and wearable.

I make each necklace by hand, slowly. The gold vermeil pendant hangs from a hypoallergenic gold stainless steel chain — lightweight enough to forget you are wearing it, but solid enough to feel like it belongs to you.

The colour palette blends brick red, pink champagne, gold and cranberry — warm tones that sit well against the skin. 

Style it alone, or match it with the stud earrings, the charm bracelet, the woven bracelet or ring for a complete look.
