My Story

Tired of mass-produced trinkets that lose their charm after a season? Your jewellery should be as extraordinary as you are.

Every Asherah piece is one-of-a-kind, born from tradition and crafted by hand—not just to adorn you, but to carry meaning, history, and a story worth telling.

Because true beauty lies in pieces that don’t just look exquisite, they feel significant.

SALAM, MY NAME IS ZEINA

I am an Iraqi-Palestinian-Jordanian jewelry designer, and the founder of Asherah Jewellery. I specialize in creating handmade beaded jewelry that honors and celebrates Palestinian Tatreez.

I DESIGN JEWELLERY FOR PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE JEWELLERY SHOULD BE MORE THAN BEAUTIFUL

    This is for those who:
Cherish authenticity—jewellery that feels alive with history, artistry, and intention.
Desire elegance with depth—handmade pieces so distinctive, they become part of your personal legacy.
Choose thoughtfully—because your style shouldn’t just look exquisite, it should tell a story.

AND THIS IS WHAT I DO

Asherah Jewelry specializes in creating meticulously crafted, elegant pieces that honor and celebrate Palestinian Tatreez, blending heritage with timeless elegance.

My collection features unique, handmade pieces that elevate the style of my customer with carefully thought-out, classy designs bound to catch the eye of whoever sees them. Made from high-quality materials, each piece exemplifies my respect and dedication to preserving the rich tradition of Tatreez.

    THIS IS MY STORY

I'm a Palestinian who's never set foot in my homeland. I was raised on stories, flavors, and Palestinian Tatreez as means to develop a connection with a country I've never seen. And I'm not alone. There are millions of Palestinians like me out there.

Two years ago, I found myself facing an excruciatingly stressful period in my life, including what felt like a premature mid-life crisis. It was during this challenging time that I turned to bead weaving as a coping mechanism. Then, a light bulb moment struck—what if I could incorporate a craft form that resonated deeply with my identity into my bead weaving? After testing this concept and finding success, I made the decision to turn it into a business.

My goal is simple: to reach as many people as possible who crave that same connection, and to find another means of honoring and preserving Palestinian Tatreez.
