Shipping policy

I create each piece at my little studio in London. Please allow three to five working days for your item to be prepared and ready for shipping, unless otherwise specified. Custom pieces and special orders will be handled on an individual basis and may require up to two weeks or longer for processing.

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number for easy order tracking.

For domestic orders within the United Kingdom, I offer free delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class as the standard shipping option. Please note that while this method usually takes two three days for delivery, it is not guaranteed. If you require faster shipping, I recommend selecting Royal Mail 1st Class or contacting me for further information. Also, please make sure that you enter the correct address and that you use an address that is safe and secure to avoid the package being lost or stolen.

The delivery timeframe for international shipping varies depending on the destination, typically ranging from as little as ten days to longer durations. If you have any inquiries regarding international shipping, please feel free to contact me at hello@asherahjewellery.co.uk.

Please be aware that any import taxes or duties imposed on your items are your responsibility as the recipient.
